This gel contains almost 20 different ingredients, which is a very high amount for any product. We do prefer supplements that offer fewer, more concentrated ingredients since they may provide a more potent formulation in the end.

Some of the most active ingredients contained within this formulation include: Saw Palmetto, which is an extract of American Dwarf Palm Trees; Tribulus Terrestris Extract, which is often included in male sexual enhancement supplements since its said to augment testosterone levels; Adrenalinum, which is often used in topical astringents; Avena Sativa, which is often used as an aphrodisiac despite the limited research; Baryta Iodata, which is said to increase blood circulation.

Overall, it appears this formula is better suited for a male who is looking for a sexual enhancer then a person needing a supplement that will work as an anti-aging agent. Most of the active ingredients address common problems associated with sexual dysfunction, and are unlikely to slow down the aging process as advertised.

However, we are not completely confident a topical gel will effectively deliver the supplements into the body for absorption. Currently, capsule-based supplements are the most successful in performing this function. We would’ve liked to see the company address this issue, and why they chose a topical delivery method. Unfortunately, Fountain of Youth does not speak of this concern or why they did choice a gel over proven capsules.

Seeing as this supplement comes in gel form it may be time consuming to apply. Capsules are preferable since they are the most modern, convenient option—let alone a successful way to effectively deliver the ingredients.

It would’ve been nice to see testimonials regarding Doctor Testosterone Gel® to see if past customers found the gel quickly absorbed into the skin and how many times a day they felt they needed to apply. The most important aspect of a testimony would of course be if the product actually worked. However, again the company does not share this important information.

Ultimately, it is very doubtful this formula will successfully tackle the issues of anti-aging. This product would be much better suited for a male consumer who has sexual performance issues and does not mind the unproven delivery method this product utilizes.

Furthermore, we are not pleased that the manufacturer of this supplement promotes several products which are advertised to perform the same function. We do find this odd since it takes a single, effective formulation to successfully perform as promised.

In the end, we do believe that natural supplements can potentially slow down the aging process. Though, we do not believe this product to be the best choice. We suggest finding a capsule-based supplement that focuses more on the concerns of anti-aging then male sexual performance.
